With our concierge services, we also handle all the aspects of the service including and is not constrained to coaching, constant training, concierge manuals and other documents.
We plan customized reports to be executed at your building such as move-in/out form, delivery forms, key control log, communication log, dry cleaning log, amenities booking. Our trained concierge professionals can also provide first aid assistance and act as fire marshals in the event of an evacuation scenario. All concierge staff at Unity One Security has a British Columbia certified Security workers license and is given more training with in the Unity One Security services to make sure we provide the possible concierge service though out British Columbia.
